Blue Sapphire

Our Blue Sapphire Popcorn is as royal as the color and as uncommon as the stone for which it is named. This small, light-hulled, bleu kernel pops up primarily white with subtle hints of purple and savory taste and tenderness unique only to this patented hybrid.

It is grown in the rolling hills of Illinois, nurtured by rainwater and is one of the sweetest hybrids in the Crown Jewel Collection.

Petite Princess Amber

This hulless variety of popcorn is so small and rare, so difficult and costly to grow that only one farming Family in Iowa has the patience to coax this miniature marvel from Mother Earth. For over 100 years this coveted seed has been planted on the family farm in Iowa. It will produce only 1500 pounds per acre of land compared to the 10,000 pounds of a large yellow. Rich Iowa soil, Nature’s rainwater and a family’s tradition and hope are the key elements that bring you Crown Jewel’s Petite Princess Amber, the words smallest popcorn. Purple Amethyst

Crown Jewel’s Purple Amethyst popcorn pops up as white as new fallen snow with firm crunchy texture. Red Ruby

Yellow Topaz

Yellow is without a doubt, the most common and familiar type and color of popcorn. Although many varieties of yellow are available of the market, we chose this superior hybrid to become our Yellow Topaz and represent its color in the Crown Jewel Collection.

There are eight different popcorn varieties in the Corn Jewel Collection. Each are sold separately, but we make unique blends with all or a few of the varieties.
